The concept of the project is a glass volume to enjoy the external view of the bay of Malibu at 360 degrees. From the garden that surrounds the entire villa, you can see the panorama of the ocean and in this game of transparencies the inside and the outside merge to create fluid spaces, in continuity with the garden.
Thanks to its position the building fits into the ground creating three internal levels in which there are the guest rooms with direct access to the pool area, a living area, large kitchen and study and at the last floor the master bedroom and the bar area with living room that opens onto the party terrace.
All rooms have large terraces and open spaces that allow you to fully enjoy the outside.
The idea of transparency also fits inside, with two large glazed green cavities in the heart of the house that accompany the stairs and the lift from the entrance floor to the top floor. From the entrance the visual impact is like a telescope given by the two cavities which, being transparent, allow you to view from one end to the other of the rooms, delimiting the spaces without closing them from view.
The outdoor area features a large, long, narrow pool with a blue backdrop and around it a relax area, a dining area and showers.
In addition to glass, the materials chosen are cement, bronzed brass, white calacatta marble, that blend with palettes of fabrics in shades of green.
